Enrichment Programme

What is an enrichment programme for?

Enrichment programs incorporate fine motor, gross motor, language, communication, math, science skills altogether in specific activities for children. These skills are for children to practice in every session. The more opportunities children have to practice their skills, the better the skills become! Enrichment activities like sports, arts, and foreign languages stimulate children’s minds, setting them up for holistic growth and development.

Mini Gourmet (Cooking)

It teaches them a range of basic life skills that we all need. From chopping and slicing to measuring and spooning ingredients. It develops fine and gross motor skills, early math knowledge, language, and so much more. Cooking is a great practical life activity, as well.

Arts

Developing a sense of achievement and pride in children, boosting their self-confidence. The opportunity to create whatever a child desires helps foster creativity.

Football

Football engages a player's gross and fine motor skills, improves hand-eye coordination, and has positive effects on bone strength. Physical training for football helps to build muscle strength and endurance.

Horse riding

It is an activity that can improve balance and gross motor skills. Sitting up and moving on a horse enhances core strength and further enhances muscular development. Riding also develops fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and boosts the cardiovascular system.

Yoga

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children.

Karate

Some of the physical benefits of karate for children include improved coordination, increased flexibility, and improved cardiovascular health. Karate can help children to learn discipline, focus, and respect. It can also teach them how to control their emotions, including anger.
