Bloom Nurseries follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (British Curriculum). Our main language of instruction is English. Arabic as a second language is also included in our curriculum. Learning through play, learning through the environment, and learning through meaningful and engaging experiences are key elements that build the foundations for a love of learning.
Children’s interests and passions lie at the heart of our robust, high-quality Early Years curriculum. Our learning-focused environment provides the space needed for children to direct and shape their experiences in partnership with our Early Years specialists. In order to keep up with the rapidly changing world around them, children need to be presented with the opportunity to explore activities that will connect with the world around them. The STEAM curriculum is integrated seamlessly into our children’s everyday learning. From teaching the basic ideas of friction and gravity to building a solar-powered robot, STEAM allows for creativity based upon independent thinking.
The Early Years Foundation Stage sets standards for the learning, development, and care of children from birth to 5 years old.
Every child is a unique child, and each one responds to different learning methods in different ways. They are constantly learning and can be strong, resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.
Children learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships.
Children learn and develop well in enabling environments with teaching and support from adults, who respond to their individual interests and needs and help them to build their learning over time.
(Recognize the) Importance of learning and development. Children develop and learn at different rates.
Empowering students to be
curious learners
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. By using STEAM, we are promoting children’s innate creativity, curiosity, and persistence. It allows children to explore, question, research, discover and exercise innovative skills.
